Timmy Chang, who played briefly for the NFL's Arizona Cardinals, Detroit Lions and Philadelphia Eagles after a record setting career at UH, was arrested thursday.
A woman says she was videotaping a brawl when Chang took the camera from her and threw it on the roof of a nearby building.
Distance could not be determined.
